You can order your repeat prescriptions by returning the right hand side of your prescription to the surgery in person or by post, clearly marking what you require. A much more convenient method is to order on-line through Patient Access by clicking the link on the right or using another on-line App such as the NHS App. Please remember that it will take up to 72 hours (3 working days) for your prescription to be ready for collection. We do not take into account Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays, when processing repeat prescriptions.
If a medication is not on your list of approved repeat medicines you can still request it by completing the special notes box but PLEASE PROVIDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE so that the on-call GP can consider whether to fulfil or reject the request. The GP may need to call you to discuss, so please ensure your contact details are up to date.

Please note we are unable to accept prescription requests over the phone, except from patients on our formal housebound register.
If you pay for your prescriptions and get regular repeats you may wish to consider a Prescription Prepayment Certificate.
